Missing IL teen Arica Blair located in CO in Pueblo West. Sex Offender Abductor arrested.

A missing teen from Jerseyville, Ill. was found safe at the Pueblo West Walmart, after her disappearance with a convicted sex offender sparked a nationwide hunt.
She was reportedly with John David Allen, an unregistered sex offender, also from Illinois. He was found inside the Walmart.

She was reported missing last Thursday after her family says she ran off with a Allen, who'd been convicted of sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
The U.S. Marshals got a tip about their whereabouts. That information was passed on to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office.
According to deputies, they developed more information that Allen would be waiting in Pueblo West to receive a Western Union money order. Detectives deduced which one of two Western Union outlets it might be.
Undercover officers with the county and the U.S. Marshal's were waiting in the Walmart in Pueblo West, and recognized Allen when he entered. He was captured without incident.
The teenager was found safe outside the store. She's now in protective custody.
Witness Sally Chasen told 11 News on Facebook, "Cops and K9's were all over it." She said she saw Arica Blair sitting in the back of a law enforcement vehicle.
