AMBER Apartment notification policy

AMBER Apartment Alerts issues ONLY alerts received from law enforcement or NCMEC or as requested by specific agencies. Alerts are removed ONLY when the notice is received from ONLY those sources and NOT the general Media. As such, the AMBER Alert issued in CO will be removed when the notification is received from Law Enforcement although the news media has issued a cancellation notice.
