A child abduction occurred on March 9 at 9:30 am in the city of Willows, Glenn County, California. An AMBER Alert has been issued for two small children (Randi and Vanessa Martinez), who were taken from the City of Willows, by their mother's ex-boyfriend. The boyfriend, Leonard Dale Tuttle Jr., may be enroute to Covelo, in Mendocino County. Tuttle possesses an address of County Road 337 F, Lot #37, in Covelo. The suspect is driving the listed vehicle. According to law enforcement, the suspect's vehicle was recently sighted on SR-162 in Covelo. CHPS Units are enroute, as well as Northern Air Ops.
