Jacob was allegedly abducted by his mother, Kathleen Salsberg. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Kathleen on July 29, 2011. They may still be in the local area or they may travel out of state. Kathleen has a tattoo of a butterfly on her left shoulder and a dolphin on her ankle. Her nose is pierced. Kathleen may go by the nickname Kathy.
