GA Endangered Missing Alert canceled.

There is no way to say this without sounding like others who have posted this notification. At 2:42 p.m. Monday EST: The body Jorelys Rivera was found in a dumpster at the River Ridge apartment complex. The 7-year-old was discovered "badly beaten and sexually assaulted."
