One Person Can Make A Difference

As of 4/18/2011 there are 2,654 Missing Children in the United States and Territories. Of those, 990 are classified as Endangered Runaway.

Since AMBER Apartment Alerts was started on 2/3/2008 there are 1,165 Missing Children in the United States and Territories. Of those, 837 are classified as Endangered Runaway.

They all need our help to get them home.

Just a reminder to friends with children: Please guard them on any and all social pages you may be on, or that they may be on. Don't show photos of the front of your house, remove any child's age from your page, don't publish their school or when you'll be away from home. I know it sounds extreme but, if your loved child disappeared do you want to think you helped? Thanks

Please remember that any alert postings that are posted by AMBER Apartment Alerts are removed after a resolution has been issued by the issuing state or local Law Enforcement AMBER Coordinator or the NCMEC. We do this for two reasons, protect the identity of the missing victim after the resolution and the Memorandum Of Understanding we have signed with NCMEC.
